Bob, I've had this happen many times--too many to count, until I figured out what was going on. And I have to say, I'm still not totally sure, but I will give it a try and explain what I've noticed about TntSync. TntSync cannot reckognize the intention of your history, tasks and other items...

New Contact added but no THANK task added

I just downloaded a new donor whom I just discovered donated in June 2009 (we have 10 accounts we monitor and I didn't see it til now). When it downloaded, it entered the contact information but no THANK task follow-up. I've got them all set up to automatically add. Any ideas why?
