tntMPD/Outlook sync problem (notes field)

It appears that if the notes field is greater than 4K the Outlook sync will return that the item, “was not synchronized completely”, but the complete write makes it through to the Outlook note field. I ran the sync again to look at the Record Viewer to see what it would reveal and found that...

html codes in Notes

For years I have had html codes in my Notes. These are codes like <br> and  . If I delete them they come back. How can I get rid of these?

Are "Notes" being generated from CCC Donation Svcs, Specialized Donations e-mails

I got a message today from CCC Donation Svcs, Specialized Donations, eGift@ccci.org , with a note from a donor. I then went into my TntMPD account and noticed this same message was entered into the "Notes" field for that donor. It looks like this message from my donor was entered into my "Notes"...
