Address changes not downloading during gift input

Are addresses changes supposed to be downloaded automatically when I do a Gift Input? I believe this is how it worked in the past. But now, when I do a Gift Input, I only get gift data -- not addresses. To get the address changes, I need to run Address Input separately. Should I be receiving the address...

Downloading contact information from MPD for Summer Project

I would really like to download some 300 contacts from the program I used for an international summer project that was called similarly MPD. How can I do this? I tried to download from CCC USA and was told no contacts were found.
