I'm trying to export my contacts to an excel file but when I click on the "File" menu at the top of my screen, I get an error message. All of the other menus work except "File". The message says "Exception processing message" followed by a series of numbers and letters...

When I exported a group, it was exported to Excel sorted by ContactID even though the group itself is sorted by alphabetically (I assume that means by FileAs). This is the first time I've noticed this. Bob BTW, I did not find the process of getting into this GCX group very intuitive.
