Wow... I wonder how easy it would be to make a google map mashup overlaying all supporter information? That could be a nice tool to help plan support maintenance trips... I guess you'd want to be able to to a mashup for a given lookup group or filter.

You can't change the way fields are mapped between TntMPD and Outlook.

Is it possible to change the way Outlook's and TNT's fields are mapped to each other? For example, if I wanted to allow Outlook to display husband's and wife's names, is that possible?

Troy and Friends: this page needs to be updated to show the latest version's list of tasks, including the new NEWSLETTER option, which I am grateful was added since "Letter" was somewhat ambiguous and the other task types didn't really seem to match up to a true newsletter mailing.

In TntMPD 2.1 r9 or newer: Under the "Tools" menu, click on "Options". Then click the "User Interface" tab. Uncheck the box for "Draw a line through attempted history items."

In the most recently downloaded version, I am having a problem under the History tab. All "call" entries that have "attempted" as a result have the entire text of the entry scored through. How do I change this to normal text? For some reason, all my ATTEMPTED entries changed to scored text when I last downloaded the updated version. Thanks for the help.

In Windows, folders are where you store your files. When you save a Word document, for example, you are prompted for the folder in which you'd like to save your document (file). TntSync can synchronize "Files and Folders" in the sense that it can not only synchronize the files in the folders, but if you add or delete folders, it can make sure these are in sync as well.

It isn't clear to me what the difference is between syncing files and folders. How is syncing folders different?

If you're with CCC, then in step 2 the menu item will probably say "View CCC Info" instead of "View Organization Info".

I'm not sure I understand this statement "To log an attempt without clearing the task, right-click on the task and select "Log

Attempt" I know I do have a mac with Parallels and windows to run TNT, but usually in order to perform a right click you can use control click. However, I'm not exactly sure where I am to be right clicking or if control click doesn't work in the case.
