Sometimes there is no substitute for selecting contacts one-at-a-time from a list.
The buttons make it easier for you to check just the contacts you want.
Show All
Show Group

Toggle between All Contacts (the "Everyone" group) and the Current Group.

Check All /
Uncheck All

Selects the whole displayed list, making it easier to uncheck just a few.
|
Reverse All /
Reverse Selected
|
Alternate the selected list. The same as checking the whole list and unchecking a few, or vice versa.
