If you can connect to your organization's donation system through the web or your organization sends you your contribution information via a TntMPD data file, then you have the advantage of being able to compare your address and phone information with what your organization has for each donor.

Note: In these examples, the sample ministry is "ToonTown Ministries", a ministry specifically devoted to reaching cartoon characters for Christ. The abbreviation for ToonTown Ministries is ToonMin.

Account List

The donor number(s) for this contact. See below for an explanation as to why a contact may have more than one account with your organization.

[Organization] Name

The name of the donor as it appears in your organization's database.

[Organization] Account

The specific account this name and address is associated with. (If there were multiple accounts in the Account List, the selected account would appear in this box.)

[Organization] Address

The address your organization has for this contact, and when it was last updated.

[Organization] Phone

The phone number, if any, your organization has for this contact, and when it was last updated.

It is not uncommon for your address information to be out of sync with your organization’s; this can be either intentional or accidental.

Note: When the View Organization Info box is in use, you can switch from contact to contact without having to  close the box.
