I would like to use TntMPD to manage the gifts of three different missionaries. I use one bankaccount to receive the funds of all three persons. Now I download the data from the internet account to excel and ad the name of each person and make pivot tables. Is it possible to import the bankaccount every month and separate the gifts with the application by name of the missionary?
You should give each missionary a unique DESIGNATION id. Then you can either import all 3 missionaries data into one TntMPD database. After turning on "TntMPD Pro" in the Tools|Options screen, you'll see designation filters in most places where you deal with gifts. Alternatively, you could create 3 seperate files, and have 3 seperate TntMPD databases, one for each missionary.
