Cleanup MailingState values

Sometimes, the MailingState field contains values like "Florida" or "Georgia", rather than "FL" and "GA" (which the USPS prefers). Use this simple utility to clean up your MailingState field with one button click. You have full control over what values get changed, so you are not limited to the 2-character United States codes.

Very simple instructions are included when you start the add-on in Microsoft Access.

To get there, do this:

1. Download the add-on.

2. Link to it in TNTMPD. (Tools > Microsoft Access > Link Access database...)

3. Find the database file and open it in MS Access.
