Donors with no gifts - Can Organizations supply just the addresses?

I'm wondering if it is possible for our organization to not only supply missionaries with their donors AND gifts but to also provide them with peoples addressees that are "assigned" to their Fund? I'm hoping to utilize a module in Raiser's Edge that cleans up people's addresses...
