In the "Manage Data Pumps" screen, click on the "Financial Transactions" data pump, then click "Edit Scan Range". Then clear out the "From" and "To" boxes and click "OK".
Next time you click "Pump All", TntMPD.DataServer will re-evaluate all the financial transactions, not just the recent ones.
